KINDL & PARTNEŘI advokátní kancelář, s.r.o.

was founded in 2013 and continues the successful tradition of practicing law of doc. JUDr. Milan Kindl, CSc., attorney-at-law (operating in the association "Law office KINDL & PARTNEŘI"), starting in 1991 (until 1996 in the regime of commercial lawyer, until the merger of the Chamber of Commercial Lawyers and the CBA).

The founder and leading personality of the firm is doc. JUDr. Milan Kindl, CSc., attorney at law, whose work and erudition are followed by other members of the firm.

The law firm offers legal assistance, advice and representation in the areas of civil law, real estate law, commercial and corporate law, insolvency law (both from the perspective of the creditor and the insolvent debtor, with the exception of petitions for the authorisation of personal bankrupcy, which the firm does not perform, with very few exceptions), copyright and industrial law, administrative law and, in addition, family law, misdemeanour law and, in exceptional cases, criminal law.

All members of the law firm participate in up to a hundred court hearings a year, as well as administrative hearings and arbitration hearings, which is why they have extensive practical experience and a thorough knowledge of current case law.

Some members of the firm also act as arbitrators at the Arbitration court attached to the Czech Chamber of Commerce and the Agricultural Chamber of the Czech Republic and are authors of important commentaries on the Civil Code (both from 1964 and 2012) and a number of monographs. The vast majority of the firm's legal agenda is handled exclusively with the help of its internal members.

The law firm has its headquarters in Chomutov and a permanent office in Most. In cases of special interest, a private office in the very centre of Prague can also be used.
